We were surprised that there was a van transport included in their services. This was a lifesaver because we were worried that we might have to hire a moving service to get a truck to transport our office equipment. If this happened, then we’d have to prepare some money that is double the amount of renting a storage space. It’s going to be expensive! We were so glad to find out that we can use their van transport service for free! Even though it is just a 1-time free service, it was a huge help to cut down the costs of moving some of our stuff. Besides, we are just a small company, and we don’t have much stuff to move to their storage facility.
Trolleys
When we arrived there, we were glad that there were trolleys that we could use. This is very convenient, especially for our bulky equipment. We do not need to ask some of the people in our office to help us carry all of them because we can use the trolleys instead. It helped us make it faster to move everything.
Visiting Hours
I also liked how we can visit the facility anytime that we want. We also found this very convenient because we will never know when our computers are going to have some technical problems so we need to have access to our rented storage space. This is to get a replacement for a specific computer part right away. Moreover, we temporarily stored some of our important client documents in there so if ever we need to retrieve them, we can just get it anytime that we want. Even though they are lenient on the visiting hours, their security is really tight so we can rest assured that all of our items are safe and secured.
