The high air pollution inside our industrial plants has been a problem that we have been trying to solve for years. We understand that it would be difficult to reduce the amount of indoor pollutants since various chemicals are used in our oil and gas products. He told us that the fumes coming from our industrial plants will pass through an encapsulated atomised liquid. If this happens, then the contaminated particles present in those gases will be removed. Although the clean air will be released outside, it can still improve the air inside of our facilities because the air particulates won’t linger for much longer around our industrial plants.

Another benefit of those wet industrial scrubbers is that they helped make the temperature inside more ambient for our workers. Before, our employees would often complain about how hot and humid it is inside our facilities. Although it is normal for industrial facilities to feel hot inside, it became quite unbearable for them to withstand the heat when we started increasing the amount of gas and oil to be produced in a month. It became more difficult for them to work, thus affecting their productivity levels. But when we started using the industrial scrubbers, the environment became much better inside. It felt a lot cooler than before. Our workers would even comment that it was easier to move around and do their work now that the temperature inside improved. Not only that, but we were also able to save some energy costs. No longer our HVAC systems have to work harder now that humidity levels were greatly reduced.
Improved Safety
What we also liked about our wet scrubbers is that they are made of fibre-reinforced plastic so they are really durable and long-lasting. Aside from that, the material used can handle flammable gases well. This means that explosions are less likely to occur. And so far, there weren’t any fire incidents that happened ever since we started using their scrubber systems. We can rest assured that our workers are safe inside.
We are definitely going to purchase Glasmat's scrubber system again in Singapore if ever we opened another branch. It helped improve the environment inside our industrial facilities, and at the same, it contributed to the safety of our workers.
